Railset Panel Hardware – “A Better Solution”
Seven standard hardware components are pre-engineered to fasten and trim decorative panels to the Railset Web.
- The cleat is used for large slab panels that do not have horizontal joints.
- The clip is used to join modular panels with horizontal joints. A Rib insert is used with the clip when the panel joints are accented.
- The vertical spline is used with cleat and clip fasteners. The spline also accepts the rib insert.
- The edge insert caps the exposed panel/rail at perimeter locations. A batten option with insert is available to cap field cut panel edges.
- Standard outside corner treatment is field fabricated miter joint. Custom corner inserts to cap and protect the panel joint.
