The Railset Web applications satisfied three project needs.

1. The architect specified the same 3/4” thick veneer panel be installed on the ceiling to match the veneer used on the walls. Typical ceiling manufacturers rejected the veneer and panel thickness. The Railset Web Panel system met this need.
2. The dome soffit hardline depth required a shallow mounting system to meet ceiling height building standard The Web/panel installation was 1.5” in depth and met the minimum soffit height clearance.
3. The mounting subsystem had to conform to the ceiling HVAC, sprinkler head and security monitor locations. The Web met all requirements.
4. The contractor pre-assembled each prayer room frame as a single pre-assembled Web. The Dome ceiling was pre-assembled in four sections. Pre-assembly expedited the installation.
